Hi all,

Got 1 small problem and 1 huge wish,

Even though DisplayFusion has a lot of great features and usually works flawless I have 1 small problem.. I want to change my screensaver (the one I want to use can be found here). Windows recognizes the screensaver within it's own screensave options, but DisplayFusion doesn't (and I really want to use DisplayFusion for everything ^^). Any solutions? (I use Windows 7 - Ultimate x64)

Will DisplayFusion support the option to remove the Windows (7) logo at the login screen in the future (picture shows the "wish")? I've found a lot of information about removing it by editting the windows registers but that might have some side effects (haven't tried it so can't tell what those will be).

Kind regards,

You can edit your Win 7 logon screen with this utility: Logon Screen Tweaker
It worked well on my Win7 computers.

@Alan: Thanks!

@L00K3R4: On the DisplayFusion Screen Saver tab, could you try clicking the Browse button to manually pick the screen saver? If you're not sure where it is, could you send me a link to download the screen saver so that I can test it out here?

Thanks!

@Alan, Thanks for the link but unfortunately the "Windows 7 Ultimate" logo is still there :(
@Keith Lammers, I solved it (and only by accident) it seems that DisplayFusion only accepts the .scr file if it's placed in: C:\Windows\System32 [place .scr file here] and not on the desktop.

Are you talking about the logon or the boot screen? Can you "unprotect" your screenshot so I can see it?

@Alan Wade, Oops, sorry! Here you go.

With DisplayFusion I can change the background (options --> Windows Login Screen --> Allow DisplayFusion to etc.) but I have that logo at the bottom (even with the software you gave me in the link it's still there :() hopefully DisplayFusion will offer an option to remove the logo in the future.

Ok, try this: http://www.julien-manici.com/windows_7_logon_background_changer/
Click on the settings button at the top and you can change a few things.
