11.0 clocks on DF taskbars invisible, date appears in a balloon when mouse is over where they should be. I had the same problem when I briefly tried the 11 beta, don't remember if I reported it, as I immediately reverted to the last stable v10. Minimal log attached.

I couldn't seem to reproduce that here. If you exit Start11 and restart DisplayFusion, does the issue persist?
Can you send me a backup of your settings? You can grab them via the DisplayFusion Settings > Options > Export Settings
