It's technically possible with Monitor Splitting and Triggers, but our new service may be more what you're looking for: https://cloud.show/. It allows you to install a small client, pair it with the admin web interface which can be managed from anywhere, and you can split the display however you like and have it show a custom URL full screen in each split.
