Are you using any third-party start menu replacements like Start 10 or Classic Shell?

Can you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

• Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
• Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button
• Paste the text into a text file (please don't paste the text directly into your reply, the formatting gets garbled and makes it difficult to parse)
• Reply with the file attached

Thanks Guenter! I've confirmed that you're running into a known issue that's on our list. I've added your info to it and we'll definitely let you know when we're able to get it sorted out. For some reason this only happens on Windows 10 German, and only if monitor splitting is enabled. It's a tough one to track down!
