There was a 3.1 beta1 palnned in June. Is there one?

installation no problems, no issues actually. Maybe my system too ordinary
I do see an improvement in the wallpaper changing, (or it's wishful thinking) but i see a greater diversity in the wallpapers coming up.

I don't see the point of putting the second taskbar on the left, as every time you move your mouse to the other screen it pops up.

Transparency in the second taskbar almost works now with windowblinds (but there was an update of WB too so i dont which is which) in the sense that the taskbar pops up transparent and slowly grades up to no transparency.
