I am running W8 x64 with DF3.5 b9 and there are some issues:
1) the DF taskbar on second monitor totally freeze up.
2) the settings UI is locked up as well
Titlebar buttons still work though.

We've actually just released Beta 10 to fix up the taskbar hanging issue, could you give it a try when you have a chance?
