Every time a process of a saved shortcut is opened, DF won't group that new process with the existing shortcut like shown in the screenshots below:
Default Windows 7 Taskbar:

It really doesn't matter if you launch the program using the Win7 shortcuts, the DF shortcuts or using ordinary desktop shortcuts or Windows hotkeys like WIN+4.
