Hello Keith,
I've found another issue related to JDownloader ( beside the contextmenu issue ). It refuses to snap to other windows or to the taskbar, nor automatically or using a hotkey.
There may be more Java based apps out there that don't work with DisplayFusion.
I've tested and confirmed this issue. We'll see what we can do and I'll post an update as soon as we have one.

This should be all fixed up in 4.0.1 Beta 4. Could you give it a try and let me know how it works out?
