I'm using the Windows 8 Consumer Preview. The DisplayFusion taskbar is always on top when it should be hidden under a fullscreen application, even when that application has focus.

I've tested with Chrome full screen, as well as a full screen Flash video, and the taskbar seems to drop behind the full screen app as expected. Is there a particular app that you're running into this issue with?

Nothing specific. Metro, Media Player Classic, Flash, anything. It doesn't even need to be in fullscreen; if I drag any window over it, the taskbar will remain in front of it.
My bad, I was testing with an older build. Looks like the taskbar in 3.5 Beta 8 indeed stays on top of full screen apps. We'll get it fixed up as soon as possible.
Thanks!
Just a quick update. I've re-tested this issue with DisplayFusion 4.1 Beta 10 and the Windows 8 Release Preview, and it seems to be all fixed up.
Thanks!
