3.5.0 Beta 5 WindowBlinds/System Tray Icons Issue

Thanks for all of your hard work trying to please us all, I have no issues with CPU or blinking icons. It even updated in Swedish!

Tried it with various windowblinds and no problem. Installed the latest round of Windows updates and back to where we were before with spiking CPU and flashing start menu and notification area icons.

Interesting! So it could be a problem related to some Windows Updates? I'll load up a test box with Windows 7 and no updates and see if that makes any difference at all.

Didn't seem to make a difference at all, so it must have just been a coincidence. We'll keep investigating and I'll be sure to post an update when we have one.
