Sometimes when I have a window in focus, and I am clicking on something in that window, the window behind that window suddenly comes to focus. I work with a document review system that requires me to click constantly, so that constant change in focus is terribly annoying.

Strange! Could you please do the following?

Enable debug logging on the Troubleshooting tab (set it to Logging: Important Only) and click Apply
Reproduce the issue (please note the time so I'll know where to look in the log file)
Send me the %appdata%\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusion.log file (can be found by clicking the 'Open Log' button on the Troubleshooting tab)

Just wondering does that happen if you have to click near the taskbar?

If so you might have the same problem as I've reported here http://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/View/4-0-beta-11-dragging-or-clicking-over-a-already-closed-preview-still-opens-the-window/?ID=7d6a9c3d-8de6-4a2a-88ef-5062a21b35a4

I am unable to post the log here. I keep getting any error. Perhaps it is too long. Where should I send the log?

EDIT: Nevermind, attached to this message. It happened at 10:27.

Awesome, thanks! We think we know what the issue is, and we'll hopefully have it fixed up for 4.0 Beta 12. I'll be sure to post an update as soon as it's available.
