DisplayFusion shows the wrong icon when DisplayFusion is running. It shows a pretty low-res for the running Visual Studio 11 Beta process - the taskbar shortcut is just fine.
I thought it might be related to the fact that Visual Studio 11 is fully written .NET using the WPF technology, but I checked it using Visual Studio 2010, which is also written in .NET using WPF, and it has the correct high-res icon for the process and taskbar shortcut.
