Just installed Beta 6 ant got that effect in the screenshot

I have this same problem with Beta 6.
Also, Firefox no longer gets removed from the main taskbar in this version.
Would you guys be able to attach a copy of the info from the Troubleshooting tab?

Thanks! We've tested and confirmed the issue, and we'll hopefully have it all fixed up for the next Beta.
We've just released 4.0.1 Beta 7 and this issue is all fixed up.
