Hello,
We've fully released v9.8, so it's likely failing since beta 10 isn't up on our website anymore. If you try again, does it still throw an error?

It successfully downloaded a few hours later from the same instance of the download-install dialog. Maybe the down server was back up or a resource was substituted? Anyway, we can close this issue
