Since installing displayfusion 5.1, any folder opened from the 5.1 taskbar resets the view to include the navigation pane. I shut it off, and close the window, re-open... et-voilĂ ! the navigation pane is back.

If I open the target folder through windows explorer, it is remembers my desired setting.

Further, any other view setting works perfectly through a 5.1 shortcut, it is just the folder's navigation pane setting that is constantly reset to 'ticked'.

Re-installed 4.0 and problem disappears

Anyone else? Is there a new feature setting that I missed?

Otherwise 5.1 is great as always, but I'll stick with 4.0 if I can't resolve this annoyance.

We changed the command line for folder shortcuts in 5.1, but we're going to add an Advanced Setting to put it back to the old way for the next beta. I'll let you know as soon as it's available :)

Thanks!

Thanks Keith...

Glad that the changeWAS 5.1, and not a hallucination caused by something I might have smoked.

Cheers

We've just released DisplayFusion 5.1.1 Beta 1 (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/), and this issue is all fixed up now. Just enable the "General > Use /N instead of /E..." option in the DisplayFusion Advanced Settings :)
