Thanks! I had to set my resolution to 1920x1080 in addition to the scaling being at 120% for this to show up. Not sure why, but now that we can reproduce it here, we should be able to fix that up :)

I only installed v9.9 just to see if this issue is fixed after many years, and as you can see it is not, I read somewhere that there a setting that needs to be adjusted in the program, where is it?

Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached
