Hello,
I am currently testing out a desktop calendar application that allows me to essentially have my Google Calendar on my desktop. However, once I start the application, the application turns my entire desktop black and DisplayFusion BGs will not show through. If I end ADC, DisplayFusion comes right back.
While this is not necessarily DisplayFusion's fault, according to the dev(s) of ADC, one of the FAQs posted says "I have Windows 7 and I am trying to use its desktop background slide show, but it doesn't seem to be working with ADC. Is there any help?" with the reply "Unfortunately the slide show functionality built in the Windows 7 is not flexible enough to keep running after some other software changes the background picture. In other words as soon as ADC updates the desktop with its components the slide show stops by itself. At this moment we do not know of any workaround so the only solution to the problem is tolook for a third-party desktop background switcher that is comfortable with other software controlling the desktop at the same time."
So in short, is there a way for DisplayFusion to override ADC somehow? If I right-click on any image and click "Set as desktop background", it works with ADC. Even if I set the Wallpaper Settings in DisplayFusion after ADC is running, the BGs will appear for a brief moment before disappearing again.
PS I am not using "Load Random Images" to simulate the "slideshow effect" but thought that FAQ might have something to do with this issue.

Keith,
After re-applying the wallpaper under the requested conditions, ADC now shows up on the desktop! (huge thanks). I am just curious though as to why switching it to lower quality would allow ADC integration to work though? Is the size of the file merely what is causing it or something else?
