Is there a way to add a modifier key to the TitleBar buttons? For example, I have one that moves the window to my middle monitor without changing the size by left-clicking a TitleBar button. I would like to add a modifier like CTRL + click or right click to the same TitleBar, so the window is moved to the middle monitor and maximized.

Is this possible?
