The only thing you can really do is download the zipped version and extract it to a folder that's not in Program Files, as you need elevation to install there.

Note that some features won't work correctly without elevation, like the desktop context menus, Windows Lock Screen, and functions/hooks/titlebar buttons on other windows that run elevated.
