I've been using Display Fusion for a while and I do enjoy the product. However, just after the last update I started to have problems with the "Change the Aero color based on the current wallpaper image." under Display Fusion Settings > Options > Aero Color Settings (Windows 7 and higher).

I use the Desktop Slideshow option from the Windows 7 Personalization menu (the one you can access by right clicking on the desktop) for mixing up my wallpaper. And for as long as I've been using Display Fusion the task bar was working in harmony with my changing wallpapers and matching the colors correctly.

For some reason after the last update, every time the wallpaper changes I have to manually go in to the Display Fusion Settings menu and click apply for the taskbar's Aero Color to update and appear correctly. I never had to do this before.

Any ideas on why this would be happening?

Thanks for any help!

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
