I noticed in the Troubleshooting info that you've got something called "Flawless Widescreen" installed. Is that something you installed recently?

No I've had it installed for a while now for like 4 months
Ok, I noticed in the Troubleshooting info that the taskbar position is set to Automatic. If you set it specifically to Bottom, does that make a difference? You can do this by right-clicking the taskbar and navigating to Multi-Monitor Taskbar > Position > Bottom.
