After Update Delayed Functions

After installing the new Update 9.6.1 (I did not update for a month
), Displayfucsion functions are way slower, e.g. Window max to next monitor.
Is there a reason for that, or is it possible to download 9.6.0?

This is a known issue (unfortunately) in 9.6.1, but it's fixed in the latest 9.7 Beta verion, available here:
