The custom alt-tab handler shows all of my open windows on both monitors, but it also shows metro apps that I have closed. I am running DisplayFusion 5.1.1 on Windows 8.1. If I close the metro app in task manager it disappears from the alt tab menu. I think this might be due to 8.1 no longer completely closing metro apps when they are swiped down (which removes them from the Win-Tab menu). Also, metro IE appears multiple times in the alt tab box, with the desktop IE logo and no preview (see attached screenshot). It would be nice if this was fixed.
