So problem is in the title. Alt tab on second screen hide task bar. Its only happens when alt-tabbing to desktop
Is your taskbar on the side, or the bottom of the second monitor?

Yes, it was on right side of screen. Same bug appears when it on left or right, but when on bottom or top task bar doesnt hided.
By the way, if it on left or right Win+D also hide task bar.
