If I happen to have the mouse pointer in a position where it's over an icon when I press Alt+Tab, the title displayed is that of the icon under my mouse pointer, not the one with the box around it (second item in the list).

In contrast, Windows displays the title of the boxed item (second item), and only displays the title of the icon under the mouse pointer after I move my mouse.
