Recently my 2nd monitor started to be always shaded to perhaps 50% darkness.

If i click on a window in the 2nd monitor, it brightens, but the 1st monitor becomes shaded.

( if i screen cap my entire desktop, the 'inactive monitor' being darker is captured in the image)

I'm not sure if Display fusion is the main culprit here, however if i exit the program, the shading stops happening.

I'm running 9.1 via steam on win7 x64

i found the monitor fading setting !
no sure how this was enabled by accident?

When we first added it, it had a default hotkey of Ctrl + Alt + F. We've had a ton of feedback from people accidentally enabling it, so the default hotkey has been removed for new installations :)
