With the standard Windows alt+tab, alt-tabbing to a window with modal windows will focus on the window in the foreground - ie the only window you can interact with. But if I turn on the alt+tab handler in DisplayFusion, alt+tab will only focus on the parent window (which you can't interact with) - requiring a mouse click on the modal window to be able to interact with it.

Is there any workaround for this issue? Or am I stuck with the windows alt+tab?

I was able to reproduce this issue here, and I've added it to our list. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as we're able to fix it up :)

For now, you'll have to stick with the Windows Alt+Tab as a workaround.

Thanks!

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
