When I use the DF Alt+Tab functionality, it does not switch to the proper window and bring it up when I release the Alt key, after pressing Alt+Tab multiple times to select a window.
Also, if a selected window has another (sub or on-top) window on another monitor, that window is shown while alt+tab is open, but is not brought to the foreground on the other monitor when the main window is selected in alt+tab using the mouse.

Do you have anything else running that uses the Alt key as a hotkey? I've seen this happen before when using Alt as the push-to-talk key in Discord.

No, but it appears to be working correctly with the latest beta now.
