I decided to finally setup monitor profile so that i can assign shortcut keys to a monitor profile that has the desktop extended and one that has it duplicated to the other monitor and to my surprise i didn't see anywhere in the monitor configuration screen that would allow me to change to duplicate. Its either Disconnect Monitor or Extend Desktop To This Display.
As an update....I did try to manually make the changes with windows normal settings and then saving the profiles. I did that, assigned shortcut keys and then when trying to change the first time I encountered an error saying it could not make the change so I tried to change the the configuration that was already loaded and it just disabled a monitor.
I get that its not working because settings I am changing are outside of displayfusion and probably not being saved by it.
Sorry for the late response. At the moment, the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration feature doesn't support monitor cloning. We're hoping to add it in the future though, so I'll be sure to post an update here if/when we're able to.
No duplicate screens? Come on! That's the whole reason I bought the software. What a let down. Might want to add to to the list of features: "Display Cloning coming soon!!"
Anyway, please expedite this implementation. It would be very useful.
@Daniel: We are still planning to add it, so we'll be sure to post an update here when it's available. In the meantime, maybe the Mirror Monitor Function on the Settings > Functions tab would help out?
+1
My Oculus Rift arrived this week and the load monitor profile feature has been very helpful.
But I severely miss the ability to clone displays with it.

Congrats on the Rift, I just got my Hydra and can't wait until the Rift is more affordable.
I also cannot wait for cloning support in Monitor Profiles, it will be invaluable for those of us who like to get the most out of their PC when not gaming or using other software that needs to run cloned ... Netflix playing unheard of anime on the TV while I happily code away on the monitor is great until I want to play a game, we buy display fusion to give us total control of our displays and how they are presented so to not be able to use Display Fusion to get cloning on is just silly, especially since we may have to jump into Display Fusion to load the icon profile anyway since not being able to use the Monitor Profile prevents the icon profile from being able to auto load when going into clone mode.
This software is specifically made with these kinds of users and problems in mind so I'm a but surprised this wasn't a base feature long long ago and I just hope its some what of a priority to get added soon.
I love this software, for me this is the last thing its missing.
*EDIT* I just found out Display Fusion is sold on Steam now. This kind of makes this option a must have doesn't it? To focus on the gaming community without the software able to control the one view mode most games are played in seems a bit odd.
It has moved up on our priority list, as it's been getting requested more and more (especially since posting on Steam as you mentioned). We'll keep you guys posted as soon as we make some progress on it.

Terrific news.
I like how you always respond and pay attention to all the feedback here, it's a good too thing because I didn't want t have to revolt and send you terrible e-cards and lolcat links.
We've just released DisplayFusion 5.1 Beta 8 (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/), and the Monitor Configuration feature now includes the ability to work with cloned monitors.
