what settings do I use to accomplish the following to position a wallpaper image:
- specify an anchor point (probably top left corner) for the wallpaper
- have the full image display using that anchor point, without
stretching, tiling, etc

I have tried using the move pixel adjustments, but the results don't seem logical to me
