Good morning, what You think about add option animated wallpapers based on HTML5? I know only one provider for this feature: http://html5wallpaper.com/

You can actually do this in 9.6.1 now that we've added the Chromium engine for website wallpaper. If you choose the Website Wallpaper source, and use the URL for the wallpaper from that site, (e.g. http://html5wallpaper.com/wp-depo/802/) it should work!

Ok, I fixed it in the meanwhile, the solution was in the windows settings:
Windows Settings > Ease of Access > Show animations in Windows > Enable.
@MaprieX: If you click OK so that the wallpaper window closes, instead of clicking Apply, does that make any difference?
If not, can you check the Windows Settings > Ease of Access > Display tab to see if the "Show animations in Windows" is disabled?
