Disable Popup ... I get a popup... it was comming from the language folder.... I deleted all the files in the folder
except en-Us.lang and renamed it en.lang ....
I have not gotten that popup since then.... if that helps....

What did the popup message say? Was it something about the language files being missing? A re-install of DisplayFusion usually fixes that up. Some times the .lang files can get messed up if a DisplayFusion updates stopped or failed part way through.
