I have an application called Discord (http://discordapp.com/) and when I right-click on its tray icon, the menu doesn't open. So far it is the only application with such weird behavior.
This appears to be an issue with apps that use the "Electron" framework. We've got this issue open on our list, and we'll be sure to post an update when we've gotten it all fixed up
