You actually can do this

If you've already got the Desktop Icon profiles saved, just do the following:

• Open the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration feature, save each monitor configuration as a Monitor profile
• Click the Manage Monitor Profiles button
• Assign the Desktop Icon profiles to the appropriate Monitor profiles

After doing the above, DisplayFusion should automatically apply the correct Desktop Icon profile when it's assigned Monitor profile is detected
