With the latest DisplayFusion beta, you can do this now. We've added a Triggers feature, and one of the trigger events is "Monitor Profile Changed." So, if you setup a Monitor Profile with the TV enabled, you can setup a Trigger rule that when the Monitor Profile changes to that Profile, it runs the Restore Window Positions function.
