In Beta 10, (Windows 10 if that matters) The explorer window would open on the monitor that it was opened on (Classic Shell), but with Beta 11 it will no longer do so.
It seems to work for me, but if I close the File Browser window, then immediately launch it from the Start menu, it doesn't work. I have to wait 30 seconds or so before opening it, then it works correctly. Is that the same behaviour you're seeing?

Nope, it has never worked once since beta11, no matter how long I wait.
I also want to note everything thats not "explorer" works, like if I open CCleaner with Classic Shell on monitor 2 it opens on Monitor 2.
In File Explorer, if you go to the Folder Options > View tab, and enable the "Launch folder windows in a separate process" option, does it work then?

What a terrible regression before a new stable release, where can I download beta 10?

Any news on this? You said "It seems to work for me", so I want to make sure problem of mine doesn't get slipped through the cracks if it can't be reproduced.
I was using DF 8 beta10, Windows 10 Anniversary, and the latest Classic Shell 4.3.0, all was working well then DF 8.0 beta 11, it didn't work anymore. DF 8.0 Stable is the same a Beta 11.

We weren't able to get a fix together in time for 8.0, but we're planning to have it fixed up for 8.0.1.
Thanks!

Any ETA on 8.0.1, hate asking this thing, and I know it's usually "its ready when its ready" but this bug literally makes displayfusion useless for me until it gets fixed.
Still planned, but no ETA yet. Did you want the installer for 7.3.4 so you can get back up and running for now?
Excellent, glad to hear it!
