I am having an issue with using a custom start button still. It seems to not set the size correctly. When I set the size at 64, it is much larger by almost 2x.

DisplayFusion can't read the size from Classic Shell at the moment, so you'll need to set the scale manually in DisplayFusion. You can do this by setting "Taskbar > Start Button Scale" option in the DisplayFusion Advanced Settings to 0.7, then disable/re-enable the DisplayFusion Taskbar.
