I will desable the tittle buton feature and test further.

Next I attach my debug log file

If anything happen later I will repor it here.

When the CPU spike happened, what part of DisplayFusion locked up (titlebar buttons, taskbars, main tray icon... etc)? Also, did you click on anything in DF (like a titlebar button) to cause the lockup, or did it just happen while the video was playing without clicking on anything?

I was just watching some tv show episode on WMP and then starts to video lag (I have an old P4 CPU), and I check on the Task manager and was DF on 24-48% load so I kill DF process and all came to normal, I start it again, and few hours later same happend. I came here to report, I desable the tittle buttons and nothing happens in those almost 2 days I enable it again and I will wait to see if happend again.

Is your P4 CPU hyper-threaded, or purely single-core? If you can narrow down the feature that is killing the performance that would be perfect. Also, can you enable "Debug logging" on the Troubleshooting tab, and the next time the issues happens send the complete log to me? Thanks!

In an effort to cleanup the DisplayFusion forum, this topic is being locked and archived because it applies to an older version of DisplayFusion. If you are using the latest version of DisplayFusion and would still like some assistance, please create a new topic and I'll be happy to help you out. There are also beta versions available for testing the latest features and bug fixes:

Thanks! :)
