Update (Workaround):
Settings > Compatibility > Add chrome.exe > Select 'Disable maximized windows dragging' > OK
.

Thanks for letting us know! This will hopefully be all fixed up in Beta 13, which should be available today or tomorrow. I'll follow-up as soon as it is.
