Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, v10.0.14393

Is there any way to move "BitLocker: Enter password to unlock drive." dialog window to a specified location?

Example: Center current monitor (rather than the top far right of the monitor)

When the prompt is up, if you press Ctrl + Win + X, does it move to another monitor?

Ah ok, it sounds like that prompt can't be moved by third-party programs then, sorry :(
