Hi: I'm not sure if this is a Display fusion problem or not. It seemed to start after the most recent Windows 10 update on Sept 12.
Windows 10 PC, dual screens, both connected to ATI Radeon 4600 series adapter.
Start from power off. BIOS messages appear on both screens, splash logo appears on both screens.
Right-hand (RHS) screen immediately goes black (no mouse cursor), with message "entering power saver mode".
Left-hand (LHS) screen gets log-in screen.
Go to "Display settings/multiple displays", select "duplicate these displays".
RHS lights up. Go to "extend these displays", different desktop image appears on each screen.
All is normal again until next power off/on cycle.
On the DisplayFusion Settings > Options tab, if you disable "Start with Windows," then reboot, does this issue still occur without DisplayFusion starting up?

Hi Keith:
It makes no difference.
Thank you for your assistance. It looks as though BF is not the problem, but with your help, I can cross it off the list -- right after SFC and remove/replace graphics adapter driver.
Next -- look around in sleep and related power-saving features.
Many thanks again.
No worries, good luck in your hunt!
