If you have two displays stacked on top of each other, and the task bar is at the *top* of the *lower* monitor, when you right-click on the DisplayFusion icon in the tray, the menu pops up on the *top* monitor, but when you move the mouse to select an option, the menu disappears.

This annoys me to no end as well. For some reason, the .NET framework doesn't keep context menus on the monitor that initiated them. I'll investigate this further for the 3.1 release, but this is the built-in behaviour unfortunately.
