when ever i switch Opera to second screen - and then back i get a "white bar" that has your switch icon in it on top!

I can't seem to reproduce this here. If you exit DisplayFusion, then just manually restore the window, move it to the other monitor, and maximize it, does the same thing happen?

as you can see in the photo
it only happens with displayfusion
and the whitebar is for the icon that displayfusion creates on each window
DisplayFusion isn't creating that white bar for itself though, the TitleBar Button just gets put at the top of the window, and for some reason that window is getting an extra bit on the caption when it's moved. Can you try the test from my previous post? (exit DisplayFusion, restore the window from maximized, then re-maximize it). Does the white bar show up when you do that still?
