Bug: Taskbar not shows when hover it when some app is fullscreen - multimonitor setup

Recently i noticed when use hide taskbar its not appear again when hover it when have open example browser fullscreen my 2nd monitor (left side). it works normally when any app are not fullscreen. It works my third monitor (right side) and its also hide taskbar and when discord is fullscreen its appear however left monitor taskbar not. I fix it then when close example discord from right monitor and open it again. what can cause that issue? or how ican fix that?

DisplayFusion Pro on Steam version 10 (beta 22).

This is expected as full screen apps hide the taskbar, the Windows taskbar behaves the same way. If you press the Win key on the monitor with the auto hidden taskbar it should reveal it.

well.. but i use discord full screen on my third monitor and it has auto hide (with that app) and never has that issue always it shows taskbar when hover it. When i have example chrome on second monitor left side and same settings its not appear. only taskbar appear 1. apps minimized 2. I close discord on my third monitor and open it again. must be some bug. of course i will not hide main monitor taskbar when use built-in hide taskbar feature but i doubt its problem.

I tested Discord out on my end but the taskbar doesn't seem to appear when hovered.

In the DisplayFusion Settings > Taskbar tab, do you have "Show taskbar in front of full screen applications when they lose focus" enabled? If so, does this only happen when you focus a different program, and then hover over discord?

I found what cause that issue.. very weird. its rainmeter skin issue if its too close from taskbar. 🤔
