The issue occurs when I minimize all (e.g. Windows+D). Then, I un-minimize one of the windows (e.g. an explorer/browser window). Then, as soon as I click anywhere else on the screen (e.g. trying to drag a file from the desktop into the now open folder) the window automatically hides itself.
