You could create Trigger rules to move the specific applications to that monitor, then create a wildcard Trigger rule (*.* as the Process Filename) that moves everything else to another monitor.
Just make sure the *.* rule is the last one in the list, and that the other rules have the "Stop processing" checkbox enabled.
