If you downloaded DisplayFusion 12.0 and are having issues with languages please re-download and re-install. We have repacked the release as 12.0c with the languages fixed.
How comfortable are you with using regedit? If you can get ntuser.dat from your user folder on the old drive, you can load that in regedit, export the DisplayFusion registry key, edit it to point to HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then import it. If you're not sure how to do all of that, let me know and I'll send some more detailed instructions
