I have a very slow Internet connection (avg. 70KB/s).
I get a download error whether I update from the program or go to the site and download.
I've even tried different browsers.
Is there a way for me to get downloads?
Do you have a time limit on the time to download so it stops?

I have the pro version with Windows 10 Home with all updates.
Anyway to continue getting updates without traveling to a high speed line?

I'm trying to get the Beta 2. I have the 9.3 but had to drive to a connection, download it to my phone, then download it to my computer to install it.
