Recently i have been experiencing this problem where i couldn't drag and drop files from the winrar app to second monitor.
If i move my explorer window from second monitor to primary monitor, then the winrar drag and drop feature is working as expected.
Could you send me a video of the issue?

Strange, I'm not sure how DisplayFusion would be affecting this. If you exit DisplayFusion does the issue go away?

Just now checked, i exited the DisplayFusion and tried it.
It looks same.
Looks like a windows explorer bug or winrar bug.
