Sometimes when I move a window from one monitor to the other it is automatically maximized. If I click to minimize or restore, it's immediately maximized again. The only way I've found to minimize/restore is to hover on the window's taskbar icon, wait for the thumbnail to come up then right-click and do it.
How can I fix this?

If you disable the "Enable maximized window dragging" option on the Settings > Window Management tab, does that resolve this issue?
